Fruits and vegetables sometimes vary because of seasonality so you’re assured the best. We are

happy to modify displays to accommodate any special requests.

 

Garden Crudite

Baby carrots, tender asparagus spears, and seasonal vegetables lightly blanched served with a

green herb dipping sauce.

 

Seasonal Cheese   

A selection of soft, medium and hard cheeses, including a blue cheese,  a goat cheese, a soft

cheese. Accompanied by grapes, fig jam, nuts, crackers.

 

Antipasto

Selection of roasted peppers, eggplant, squash, and zucchini,  provolone, and manchego

cheeses. Assorted olives, marinated artichoke hearts, pepperoncini with various salami

prosciutto and more.

 

Small Antipasto

Prosciutto, kalamata olives, sausage, seasonal vegetables drizzled with olive oil and reduction of

aged balsamic vinegar.

 

Charcuterie

Prosciutto, garlic sausage, salami, chicken liver mousse, dijon mustard and cornichons. Served

with french bread. Ask for additional items such as pate or foie gras mousse.

 

Fruit

Seasonal assortment. Skewered upon request. Melon upon request.

Chef’s selection of fresh artisan bread, rolls, croissants, flatbreads, crackers.
